A merge took both sides of a design, or a section was copied while a second was being written for work that turned out to deserve its own line.
What it means
Section titled “What it means”Two headings claim one line’s address and nothing derives a free one here: either the later design belongs to a line of its own, or it is a copy.
Two or more doors are open and which one is right is a judgement about the work.
It is not the same finding on every project: ref_scheme
What closes it
