priority.block-paused

You deferred the last of a block’s lines while the block was still at the head of the queue, so the tier waits on a resume only you know is coming.

Every line filed under this block is in the store, so the tier can only fire once one comes back — and where in the order it sat is what the store did not keep.

Two or more doors are open and which one is right is a judgement about the work.

  • roadkeep list --role deferred — read what is set aside: the address is an id, so resume <id> is what makes this tier fire again (reads only)
  • roadkeep priority drop … — the order should not name a block whose lines are all paused
