priority.block
You put a block at the head of the queue and every line under it has since left, or none was ever filed. Which of the two it is decides whether the entry is stale or early.
What it means
Section titled “What it means”A block with no open line under it cannot be first, and whether that is a finished block or one nothing has been added to yet is not the queue’s to say.
Two or more doors are open and which one is right is a judgement about the work.
