What it means
Section titled “What it means”The ledger already records this id and the roadmap still carries a line for it — a ship stopped between its two writes, or a partial marker left beside an entry recording the whole; either way, re-running closes the line and writes no second entry.
One command closes it, and it is derived rather than composed.
